1. General term of use and conditions

1.1. These conditions of sale apply to offers, orders and agreements of African Women Work. By the completion of an agreement between the customer and African Women Work in accordance with the procedure as described in these terms and conditions , the customer accepts these conditions.

1.2. All rights and claims as stipulated in these Conditions of Sale , and any further agreements stipulated for African Women Work , are also stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties by African Women Work.

1.3. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed in writing with African Women Work.

1.4. African Women Work has the right to amend these terms and conditions and the content of the African Women Work website.

2 Offers and agreements

2.1. All offers made by the African Women Work website are free, even if they contain a term of acceptance. African Women Work reserves the right to withdraw offers. All offers subject to availability. Price changes are reserved.

2.2. An agreement between African Women Work and the customer comes about after the customer: place an order, by fully completing the order form on the African Women Work website; then the customer ‘Order’ icon on the African Women Work website; Hereinafter confirm the customer that the data provided by the customer are correct and do process the customer’s order, by clicking on the African Women Work website on the ‘Buy’ icon, this African Women Work on the email address of the customer receives a confirmation that African Women Work has received the order from the customer (the acknowledgment).

2.3. The administration of African Women Work shall apply, subject to proof, if proof of instructions given by the customer to African Women Work and payments and deliveries made by African Women Work. African Women Work acknowledges that electronic communication can serve as proof. By accepting the terms and conditions of the customer acknowledges this as well.

3 Prices / tariffs and payment

3.1. All prices for the items offered are in EURO and include VAT. For each order in Belgium is a contribution to the handling and shipping of EUR 4.50 per order will be charged unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing . For each order to the Netherlands will contribute to the handling and shipping of EUR 7.50 will be charged unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing . Costs and / or opportunities for other countries on request.

3.2. In case of non-compliance by the customer what about payment was agreed, the African Women Work entitled to terminate the agreement with immediate effect out of court , or to suspend its obligations and is entitled to the customer without giving reasons the access to the system of African Women Work refuse.

3.3. We reserve the right to first collect random order before you deliver.

4 Delivery / shipment terms

4.1. The shipping time is at most ten (10) days after receipt of the order, unless otherwise indicated on the African Women Work website. The delivery times are indicative and not a deadline.

4.2. The delivery term of the product shall not exceed thirty (30) days.

4.3. If the agreed delivery time, for whatever reason, is exceeded by African Women Work, African Women Work will inform the customer immediately in writing (by email) to notify. In that case, the customer has the right to cancel the agreement with African Women Work by writing (via letter or e-mail) to African Women Work.

4.4. Any payments already made by the customer as soon as possible but in any event within fourteen (14) days after African Women Work has received the request for termination of the agreement referred to in Article 4.4 shall be returned to the customer’s bank account.

4.5. African Women Work reserves the right to make partial deliveries to the customer, the order will be sent in two or more installments.

5 Special circumstances

5.1. African Women Work is not obliged to fulfill any obligation to the customer if they are prevented from doing so due to a circumstance that is not attributable to its fault or by law, legal act or generally accepted for its account in traffic.

5.2 . Circumstances within the meaning of Article 5.1 include a business failure , a failure in the energy and material supply , transport delays, strikes and failure of timely delivery by suppliers.

6 Risk

6.1. The risk during transport of the products ordered by the customer for African Women Work. At the time of delivery of the product , or the moment that can reasonably be considered a delivery , the risk of the product to the customer is about, subject to the liabilities that cannot legally be excluded by African Women Work.

7 Intellectual and industrial property

7.1. The customer must respect all intellectual and industrial property rights that are by African Women Work delivered to respect fully and unconditionally.

7.2. African Women Work does not guarantee that do not infringe delivered to the customer in any intellectual and / or industrial property rights of third parties, and accepts no liability for any claim by third parties based on the proposition that a good delivered by African Women Work infringe any rights of a third party.

8 Orders / communication

8.1. African Women Work is in no way responsible for misunderstandings, damages, delays or clear orders and messages resulting from the use of internet or any other means of communication between the customer and African Women Work, or between African Women work and others, as it relates to the relationship between the customer and African Women work.

9 Cooling-Off Period

9.1. After the customer his / her product has received, the customer has the right to cancel the agreement with African Women Work within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the product. The customer does not have to give a reason.

9.2. If the customer wishes to terminate the agreement under Article 9.1 of these conditions, the customer must notify in writing (via e-mail or letter) to African Women Work. The customer needs the product – after consultation with African Women Work – send it to a return address set by African Women Work. The customer must in this case to bear the cost and risk of sending.

9.3. If the customer has already made payments at the time the customer agreement with African Women Work under Article 9.1. and 9.2 has revoked these terms and conditions, African Women Work will these payments within fourteen (14) days after African Women Work has received the returned product by the customer, to reimburse the customer.

9.4. African Women Work reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the amount already paid, if it is suspected that the product has been opened, used, or by the fault of the customer (other than those of African Women work of the supplier of the product) is damaged.

9.5. If a product is returned that has accumulated in the opinion of African Women Work damage is due to an act or omission by the customer or otherwise at risk of the customer, African Women Work will inform the customer in writing (fax, letter or e-mail) inform. African Work is entitled to the depreciation of the product as a result of this damage from the customer to repay the amount.

10 Guarantees

10.1. The products delivered by African Women Work is a guarantee. This is the guarantee as determined by the manufacturer on its products. This warranty does not affect rights of the customer arising purpose of the law, without prejudice.

11 Complaints

11.1. All complaints concerning delivery, quality, quality of the product or any other complaint will be taken seriously by African Women Work.

11.2. The customer must submit a complaint to the head of African Women Work (the details of this person are listed under “info”)

11.3. African Women Work will try within ten (10) days to resolve the complaint. African Women Work will inform the customer by writing an e-mail.

12 Personal data

12.1. The personal customer information will be included in a file. These data will be used for the execution of the order of the customer. This information will not be
provided to third parties.

12.2. Unless the customer has indicated that the customer does not appreciate it, the customer data will be included in a central database of African Women Work. This data will be used to keep the customer up to date on the products and services of African Women Work. The processing of the data of the customer will be in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

12.3. Any credit card details of the customer – such as card number and expiration date – will be stored in any file by African Women Work.

12.4. The customer can optionally ask for access to the data recorded by African Women Work on the person of the customer in the file of African Women Work. The customer is entitled to require modification of the data, if the data is not correct.

14 Divers

14.1. When the customer African Women Work in writing specifying an address African Women Work is entitled to send all orders to this address until the customer African Women Work has passed a new address.

14.2 . African Women Work is competent in the execution of the order (s) of the customer to make use of third parties.

15 Governing law and dispute resolution

15.1 . All offers, orders and agreements of African Women Work is Belgian law. Disputes between African Women Work and the customer will be submitted to the competent Belgian court.
